Food & Activity Post

Not much to report today except I'm not too proud of myself. But here goes.

Today:

Breakfast - NS pancake mix with some FF whipped cream and SF jam. Coffee with creamer.

Mid-Morning Snack - 1 Banana and coffee with creamer.

Late Afternoon Lunch - Salad with 1 Tbsp of roasted pepper dressing, 3 oz of tri-tip and about 4 oz of chicken breast. The downside is the meat was apparently cooked with with butter so that adds about 1 Tbsp of butter to my day :/.

Dinner - Christina Grey's Breakfast Bowl with mushrooms.

Dessert - Coffee with Creamer.

Exercise - 1 hour Ultimate Fat Blasting Cardio tape (Tae Bo).

Total calorie intake at 1326 and calories burned at 816.
