Food & Activity Post
Today I was off from work so my days aren't as structured but here goes.
Breakfast - a 1/2 portion of Christina Grey's Breakfast Bowl with added mushrooms. Coffee with creamer.
Lunch - 3 oz of pork tenderloin on a slice of whole wheat bread with some low-fat mayo and hot sauce along with 3 cups of baby spinach and spring mix salad with roasted pepper olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Afternoon Snack - 6 oz of Danon Light 'n Fit vanilla yogurt with 2 Tbsp of raisins.
Dinner - 6 oz of chicken breast and 3 oz of ribs plus salad with avocado and condimented with olive oil and vinegar.
Dessert - none today.
Exercise - Another 1 hour Tae Bo Ulitimate Fat Blasting Cardio
Drinks - About 13 cups of water and 4 cups of coffee.
Total calorie intake was 1268 and calories burned were 816.
