Since I haven't received responses from the food and activity posts, I've decided to stop posting them. I hope it has been useful to someone :). Anyhow, I'll continue on with my varied posts as usual.

I'm new to Nutrisystem and found you through Jazzman's board today (Tuesday). Today is my seventh day on the program (I've lost 3 pounds!) and I am so hungry for bread I think I'll die. Your food post for Sunday has bread in it!!!!!
Maybe I can figure out a way to add it to my program without gaining 100 pounds overnight. (If you can do it, I can too?)
Anyway, thanks so much for this blog. I'll be checking in now and then. Please continue with your food and activity posts -- what a great variety.

Hi Sunnye! The reason you saw me add bread was because I didn't use an NS meal (they have carbs included in their meals already) so I used it for the carb serving. However, there are times that I just want bread so I'll use 1 slice of whole wheat Wonder Bread (40 calories) with 1 oz of chicken or 1/4 cup of eggbeaters (1 oz ckn is 44 calories, eggbeaters is 30 cal) so it still fits into my daily calories while giving me a fix.
I'll post more F&A posts if they aren't boring everyone to death lol.
