What to Say

I always find that the longer you stay away from something, the harder it is to get back into it. This is true when it comes to this blog as well as anything else. It's harder for me to write because I go so long without doing so. However, all things can be overcome one way or another. Staying true to the initial statement, I finally ended up cancelling my EQ2 account. I haven't played in over 6 months and as much as I love the game, I've been away too long to get into it anymore. Too many other things demand my attention and I've changed.

In new news, my husband and I finally started our Italy scrapbook last night and we had a lot of fun. Only 2 pages done (mostly done anyhow) but they look great! hehe

On Saturday I went to the gym with my sister and did a cardio kickboxing class along with a little weights and I'm still freaking sore! You'd think I wouldn't be since I do most of the moves ALOT but this instructor made us workout at high intensity for an hour straight. Heck, I'm lucky I made it through the class I think! I really would like to have a trainer once a week. Maybe I'll work on that.

Today I signed up for the prep course offered for the CFA exam and I'm ready to go. I actually find the subject matter very interesting and that's important. I know I'll be good at it, me and my numbers.

For now my goal is to stop spending so much money! My goodness I am reigning myself in at every opportunity right now.

As my lovely sister pointed out, I'm quite lazy about posting these days aren't I? Ha, I could count the number of people who even read my blog on one hand, so it's probably not a big deal whether I write or not.

At any rate, there is some new news. I'll be studying for the CFA exam on my way to becoming a financial analyst. The first exam is next June and then every subsequent June for the next 3 years, so long as I pass each one that is. I'm confident that I will, I know my capabilities well enough. The hardest aspect will be reacquainting myself with a Texas Instrument calculator , it's been several years already now. Hopefully, after the first or second exam I'll be on my way to applying the knowledge. I am at least familiar with the subject matter from college.

This is all that's new in my world. I'm trying to keep behaving myself ;).
